Detroit Public Television’s MiWeek looks at the changes in Washington that are causing the biggest uproar around Michigan, the ones that impact the great lakes. This includes cutbacks in EPA funding, gutting the Great Lakes Restoration funding from 300 million to 10 million, and slashing money from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
